Eutalia supports the Italian Consortium for Information System (CSI Piemonte) as Lead Member State body responsible for the implementation, in the EU Twinning Project Improving Service Delivery for Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina Through Strengthening the Capacity of the Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), together with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd, as Junior Member State and the Italian Data Protection Authority (GPDP) as technical partner.
As Mandated Body, Eutalia is responsible for administrative, financial and logistics management of the project.
The Beneficiary administration is the Agency for Identification Documents, Register and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA).
The objective of the project is to contribute to the implementation of public administration reform through further development of the effective, accountable, professional public administration in line with the European Union and international standards as well as improve service delivery for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina through strengthening the technical capacity of the Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA).
The Twinning Project is officially to be started in October 2023, its duration is 24 months and the overall budget is EUR 800.000.
