The EU twinning light in Algeria “Renforcement des capacités du Ministère des relations avec le Parlement » DZ 18 ENI OT 02 22 TWL” has been awarded to the Italian consortium composed by the Council of State, as leading partner, and Eutalia Srl as Mandated body responsible for the financial, administrative and logistics management of the initiative.
The project, lasting 8 months and with a budget of € 250,000, has as objective the strengthening of the capabilities of the Algerian Ministry for Relations with Parliament, in order to improve its efficiency, reliability and transparency, in particular in the field of harmonization and digitization of processes.
The Italian team, coordinated by the Project Leader Pres. Claudio Contessa, started the activities on November 18th 2022 and expects to implement about 120 working /days in Algeria plus 2 study visits in Italy.
